MK Global Marketing provides professional digital marketing services that are customized and delivered based on each client’s specific requirements. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled according to the terms below.

1. Service-Based Policy
All services offered by MK Global Marketing are service-based and are initiated following manual onboarding and confirmation. Once any work has started, refunds are generally not available.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if no service delivery, onboarding, planning, or setup has begun.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice payment date.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Time spent on planning, strategy, onboarding, or setup

4. Advertising Spend
Any advertising or media spend paid to third-party platforms is non-refundable and is paid directly by the client. MK Global Marketing does not control or process advertising budgets.

5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund review, clients must contact us in writing and provide relevant details regarding their request. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

6. Final Decision
All refund decisions are made in accordance with this policy and applicable regulations.
